How to installtion the concrete pipeline

2021-16-08
Concrete pump is a kind of construction tool used by many construction parties. It can greatly improve the efficiency of construction. As a mechanical tool welcomed by the majority of construction parties. Many people are very concerned about the method of installing concrete pump pipes. So what is the method of installing concrete pump pipes? In response to this issue, we visited relevant experts.

First, place the pump on a firm concrete floor or stone pier. Keep it level. And lock the positioning pins and safety pins of the 4 outriggers of the pump. Take the tire off the ground or remove the tire.

Second, after the pump is placed. Make a chute between the discharge outlet of the mixer and the hopper of the pump. Make the material discharged from the mixer enter the hopper of the pump through the chute. The chute usually uses angle steel as the framework. It is welded by 1.5 mm thick steel plate. The bottom of the chute is erected with supports. Make it firm. For the chute, the slope is required to be appropriate, and the inclination angle is 25°-40°. There must be a certain space between the chute and the hopper of the pump. This makes it easier to clean the hopper and screen.

Thritd,  the height of the hopper of the pump should be increased by about 20 cm. This can increase the volume of the hopper. In order to ensure that the concrete does not flow, because the forced mixer discharges the material at one time. In this way, the concrete flowing into the hopper will be more uniform. If the material is discharged in stages, then more concrete stones will come out. It is unfavorable for pumping, if a large-capacity mixer is used. A storage hopper can be made in advance to ensure continuous feeding.

Last, all pipelines must be firmly connected. A firm fixing device must be installed at the elbow. A firm point must be established for every 10 meters of horizontal pipelines. The piping clamp should be suspended in the air to facilitate the removal and connection of the piping. The clamps must be tightened in place. Ensure that the joints are tightly sealed and do not leak slurry or water.
